ICF Credentialed Coach & Coach Trainer

After several years of working in the IT industry, I found myself in a leadership role.  Arriving in this position was daunting, to say the least.  I understood the technical responsibilities of my role, however there was a mass uncertainty around how I was meant to support and develop those within my team.  I quickly realised that with the opportunity to step up, came with little guidance around how to show up as a leader. This is where I began to explore opportunities to develop this area, and where I found coaching.

Coaching has gifted me with transformative growth, not only in my professional life, but in my personal life, too.  The skills and approach that I have been able to connect through my coach training, has shaped the way I support others through their own journey of self-discovery, self-awareness, empowerment and harnessing their power of choice.

I bring to my coaching, a practice that is centered around years of professional, educational, and personal experience. Through my own trials, I have learned that anything is possible if we are tuned into our self- awareness and have the courage to address our own behaviours that hold us back from getting what we want to achieve.

​I am a firm believer that there is a deep knowing in everyone, that each one of us already hold our own answers; or as a close family friend used to say “You know it in your Knower”.  I assist those that I work with through the process of moving into a clearer state by uncovering their “knower”, so that they are able to make decisions, move forward and step into a version of themselves that they want to be with conviction and certainty.

​Those who have worked with me recognise and acknowledge my ability to create and provide a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing environment where they can be vulnerable to explore their personal and professional lives while maintaining their mana and confidentiality.

​I am an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), have sat on the Leadership Team for the ICF NZ Northern Branch and am a Coach Educator for the New Zealand Institute of Coaching (NZIC).

​I have found my purpose in coaching, and I am honoured to create the space to help others find theirs.
